Beats of Bass 6th Oct 06,Finbars,Dunstable

We arrived early so we could see the venue fill up from scratch.
For their first night it was already quite full which is always a boost for first night nerve's.
We (myself and Mc Kraz-E) were pleased by the good vibe from the crowd
when we entered the building, they were all up dancing to Dj Wkd.
We sat down to take it all in. We got there to hear the last half hour of his set.
It was a good set with sum fat tunes which kept the crowd up on their feet.

When 11pm hit it was like a carpet of people on the dance floor in front of the decks.
It was over half full already and for £4 b4 12 £5 thereafter
with a quality line up of DJ's I was not surprised.
There was a constant flow of raver's all looking for a good night out with quality beats.
Heidi, the event organiser, was cool, keeping a cool head and a keen eye on everything.
The atmosphere was good and stayed the same.
Conflict and Mc Phantom rinsed it for the next hour, getting bare re-loads.
Phantom was letting rip on the mic, keeping the crowd happy and bubbly.
Big ups for a fat set!!

It was really flowing. The music was hard with a bit of bounce, with alot of new tunes being played.
For the first night it was heavy, with the sound by TNT soundsystem
Garry kept it smooth the whole way through.
The stack was loud enough and kept the crowd in beats and bass heaven.
From 12 til 1 Funk_Da_Bass was the DJ and Krafty was in control of the mic.
I didnt stay for their whole set but what I did catch was fat.
Funky Flirt and Five-Alive stepping up for the 1 til 2 set.

The bar was rammed all night and the staff were very friendly
and they all kept a smile even though it must have been well hectic for them at stages.
Will definitely go again.
Peace.....
