..... SCRATCHA DVA...representing for UK Funky and Grime, who you might recognise from his breakfast show on Rinse FM. On the scene for some time, he's been pushing out wicked remixes and singles over the last couple of years and released his first EP late last year. Dave Jones AKA ZED BIAS, Maddslinky & Phuturistix ' hails from Manchester and deep within the UK dance music scene, Zed has been causing a stir since the mid-90s as a globetrotting DJ, pioneering producer, label chief, re-mixer and Jedi master of everything soulful.

Zed, nominated for 'Best Garage Act' at the MOBO award and one of the true innovators of UK Garage, his releases helped set the blueprint for the darker Garage sound at the end of the ‘90s, and with his many side projects he has also taken things into a jazzy, soulful direction. He's also known for his countless productions as Phuturistix, Maddslinky, The Henchmen, remixed everyone from Whitney Houston to The Streets, worked with the likes of Miss Dynamite and Amy Winehouse, and with 'Neighbourhood' even had a Top 30 chart hit.
